Head-to-head data show 8.2 mg/mL mRNA at half the DNA template load, a 26% yield gain at one-fifth the enzyme concentration, greater than 95% capping efficiency at reduced cap analog inputs, and approximately 50-fold lower dsRNA by J2 ELISA.
