Prima Product Line Up

Primrose Bio's Prima RNApols product line addresses critical in vitro transcription challenges through engineered RNA polymerases designed for therapeutic mRNA manufacturing. Two products are currently available: Prima ExTend delivers substantive improvements in yield for linear templates over 5 kb and self-amplifying RNA, along with reduced double-stranded RNA contaminants. Prima ExTend Cap AU provides these same advantages while adding substantive performance gains with AU cap analogs.
