Implications for vaccines and RNA medicine characterization using the BioPhase 8800 system and the RNA 9000 Purity & Integrity Analysis kit.
Organizations working with mRNA-LNPs are faced with a rising demand high-throughput and robust analytical technologies used to ensure proper mRNA-LNP synthesis and loading with the intended nucleic acid product. This document studies how a simplified nucleic acid extraction method and sample analysis workflow using CGE-LIF can be used to confirm that mRNA-LNP collection samples contain different nucleic acid loads. Review the results which show, among other results, that a simplified workflow for RNA extraction from mRNA-LNPs using Triton X-100 and formamide was compatible with the BioPhase 8800 system and the RNA 9000 Purity & Integrity Analysis kit.
