LVV Characterization Using The QuantStudio Absolute Q Digital PCR System

This study focuses on the characterization of recombinant lentiviral vectors used in gene-modified cell therapies, utilizing two real-time PCR assays adapted to the Applied Biosystems™ QuantStudio™ Absolute Q™ Digital PCR System. The Applied Biosystems™ ViralSEQ™ Lentivirus Physical Titer Kit quantifies the total number of genome-containing lentiviral particles, while the Applied Biosystems™ ViralSEQ™ Lentivirus Proviral DNA Titer Kit measures vector integration in transduced cells. The QuantStudio Absolute Q Digital PCR System simplifies the digital PCR process, enhancing usability and consistency. The ViralSEQ Lentivirus Titer Kits provide robust assays for the characterization of lentiviral vectors, facilitating seamless quantitation and correlation of total and infectious titers. Used in conjunction with the QuantStudio Absolute Q Digital PCR System, these kits allow for regulatory compliance without the need for additional time and resources.
